Annual gas and electrical checks have to be carried out by qualified personnel. Furniture has to be fire retardant and labelled and the property has to be in habitable condition. We work closely with our clients and can provide qualified personnel to carry out these checks. Much of our work today involves outside and inside property maintenance and repair contracts, running alongside our normal emergency services to repair broken windows, damaged doors, water leaks, and leaking roofs.
Commercial and Industrial Properties
Our range of services to business and industrial properties includes work on all outside areas, painting, roof checking and repairs, brickwork re-pointing, gutters and down-pipes, doors and windows. Internal redecorating of offices and factory floors, canteens, and wash rooms, and upgrading and replacement of old or damaged staff facilities.
